In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
Mix the melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; a few lumps are fine.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Mix the topping ingredients (granulated sugar and cinnamon) and sprinkle evenly over the batter.
Bake for 55–65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool completely in the pan before slicing and serving.
