Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips
  • ½ cup graham cracker crumbs (for rolling or topping)

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  • Use your hands or a small cookie scoop to shape the mixture into bite-sized balls.
  • Place the balls on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for at least 20–30 minutes to firm up.
  • Melt white chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  • Dip each chilled cheesecake ball into the melted white chocolate to coat.
  • Roll the coated balls in graham cracker crumbs or sprinkle crumbs on top.
  • Return the balls to the tray and chill for another 10–15 minutes, or until the coating is set.
